The Role
As Aluminium Business Lead, you’ll play a key role in turning our commercial strategy into long-term business growth. You’ll take full ownership of our aluminium business — from developing the market and building strong customer partnerships to optimizing gross margin and leading projects from idea to execution.
You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across operations, purchasing, and leadership, while taking the lead in commercial execution. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving environment where teamwork and shared success are key.

Your Key Responsibilities
Design Strategy – Together with the team, define the short- and long-term commercial strategy for sourcing and selling aluminium produced by our Xorter.
Explore the Market – Stay up to date on customer needs, industry trends, and new opportunities. Bring in ideas to keep improving our products and services.
Develop Relationships – Build and grow strong customer connections. Understand their needs, shape our offering accordingly, and close valuable deals.
Collaborate Across Teams – Lead weekly alignment meetings and work closely with colleagues across management, purchase and operations.
Take Ownership – Drive the performance of the aluminium business. You’re responsible for results and manage your projects from start to finish.

What You Bring
Proven Commercial Experience – Background in B2B sales or business development, ideally in industrial or materials sectors. You know how to build trust, close deals, and drive results.
Hands-On Attitude – You’re comfortable in a physical business, close to the product and process, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
Sustainability Mindset – You’re passionate about circular materials and making a real-world impact. You work smart — with an 80/20 focus on what truly matters.
Entrepreneurial Drive – You take initiative, work independently, and align your efforts with broader commercial goals.
Great Communicator – Clear, confident, and positive in conversations with clients, colleagues, and partners. You listen, challenge, and build trust.
Team Player – You collaborate easily across departments and enjoy building something together.
Analytical Strength – You have strong analytical skills, a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, and are fluent in English. (Our customers are mainly based across Europe.)
