About Myne

Myne Circular Metals is a leading technology company in the recycling industry, dedicated to solving the global problem of metal depletion and the environmental impacts of metal production. By leveraging creativity, perseverance, and cutting-edge technology, we are shaping the future of mining where today's goods become tomorrow's circular metals. With a team of 75 smart and driven employees in Harderwijk, the Netherlands, we generate a turnover of approximately 400 million euros annually. And as we continue to expand globally, our mission is to permanently change how metals are sourced at scale.

We have multiple key technologies such as the Xorter and MDX, both converting chaotic metal waste streams into high-quality raw materials comparable to virgin metals, but at a lower cost. These breakthrough solutions offer a true alternative to traditional recycling by avoiding downcycling and achieving circular metals. We collaborate closely with research institutions such as Delft University of Technology to enhance our capabilities.

Role Description

Engineers at Myne are at the heart of our development process, working on everything from creating initial design concepts to prototyping and testing, as well as optimizing processes within our chemical production and mechanical recycling plants. This role blends process development with hands-on work, including conducting experiments, assembling and testing pilot systems, and analyzing performance data. We value engineers who are not afraid to get their hands dirty and take on practical tasks while ensuring we reach our goals as a team. You will join a multidisciplinary team and work with both internal and external partners to ensure the successful implementation of our advanced sorting systems.
