In this fulltime position, you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing our pricing strategy. Your mission: collect and analyze market data, optimize pricing models, define the pricing strategy and report on performance and competitiveness. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a dynamic, complex and international business environment.

What You’ll Do

• Collect and monitor market trends, market data and competitor prices to identify opportunities and risks.

• Manage price setting to ensure suppliers receive correct, real-time and custom prices.

• Analyze pricing performance across materials, markets, and customer segments.

• Develop and maintain data-driven pricing models and dashboards.

• Collaborate closely with the commercial, operations, and finance teams to support data-based decision making.

• Provide actionable insights and challenges on performance and risks to improve profitability and efficiency.

Who You Are

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 2-6 years of relevant experience in a pricing, data analysis, or commercial analytics role (or a strong internship background).

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in Excel is required.

• Experience with Power BI, SQL, or Python is a plus.

• Curious, precise, and eager to translate data into clear business recommendations.

• A proactive team player with excellent communication skills.

• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
